Gymnastics Fall - Intermediate (K-8th Grade) Must be able to do unassisted back walkover

 Join NLS Varsity Coaches in expanding your gymnastics skills -- To be in the intermediate class you need to be able to do a back walkover by yourself with no spot. If you have questions on where or what group your child should sign up for, please call or text Cindy Jacobson 320-905-3206.

If instructors feel that you do no fit into this class we will move you down to the beginner groups.

Bring your own water bottle
Please use the North Parking Lot and West Entrance for High School Auxiliary Gym (on the backside of the school by the plaza across from the football field)
NO Spectators until the last day of class
NO Bussing or Supervision is provided before any of these classes. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes prior to class time.
