Gymnastics Fall - Beginners (K-6th Grade/3rd-6th Grade are preferred for this session)

Join us to learn the basic gymnastic techniques.  Former NLS Gymnast/Gymnastic Coaches will introduce campers to the gymnastic equipment and various skills.  You will have the opportunity to work on the balance beam, bars, vault, tumbling and more. 

• Bring your own water bottle
  Please use the North Parking Lot and West Entrance for High School Auxiliary Gym (on the backside of the school by the plaza across from the football field)
  NO Spectators until the last day of class
  NO Bussing or Supervision is provided before any of these classes. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes prior to class time.
