At NLS we offer gymnastics courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes throughout the school year and the summer!

Gymnastics - Summer Sessions (Gymnasts Completing 6th - 11th Grade)
Gymnastics
This summer session will be run by the NLS High school coaches. We will be working on perfecting old skills and working on new skills. You will have opportunities to work on routines on all events. Please enter at the back of the school -- off of the plaza (west side of Aux Gym)

Gymnastics - Specialty Clinic (Open to any gymnasts completing 6th - 11th grade)
Gymnastics
This camp is designed for the competitive gymnast who wishes to learn and improve on specific advanced gymnastics skills. Emphasis will be placed on swinging skills and advanced dismounts on the bars, salto and twisting on vault, combination tumbling skills on the beam and advanced tumbling skills on the floor. Room and board are not provided. Instructors: Coaches Cindy Jacobson/Chad Powers/Mya Magnuson

Gymnastics - Advanced 1 (Completing K-5th Grade) Must be able to do a back handspring
Gymnastics
In Advanced 1 class you need to be able to do a Back handspring by yourself. Students finishing k-5th grade If instructors feel that you do no fit into this class we will move you down to the beginner groups. No spectators are allowed during class time. Bring a water bottle Please enter at the back of the school -- off of the plaza (west side of Aux Gym)

Gymnastics - Beginners (Completing K-5th Grade)
Gymnastics
Join us to learn the basic gymnastic techniques. Former NLS gymnast/Assistant Coach Mya Magnuson will introduce campers to the gymnastic equipment and various skills. You will have the opportunity to work on the balance beam, bars, vault, tumbling and more. This summer session may overlap with other activities. Bring your own water bottle Please use the North Parking Lot and West Entrance for Aux Gym No Spectators until the last day of class
