Wildcat Strength and Conditioning (Completing 4th-5th Grade)Wildcat Strength & ConditioningNLS Summer 2025 Day One Sports PerformanceWhat is this about? New London Spicer Community, Our vision is to have as many Wildcats training in the summer together in their own facility. Day One Coaches will come to your weight-room three days a week and run multiple groups with our programs. Looking to build-on and enhance the culture and investment of your athletes into winning. Building better athletes instead of better weight-lifters. We design programs for athletes based off of sports, age, gender, and specific sport. We’ve established how we run the program through our multiple summers of work with: Annandale, Cathedral, Royalton, Paynesville, and Big Lake school districts. We work to address all aspects of sports performance and have had success changing outcomes based off this work. Athletes who want to be locked in and get better for their next athletic season this is a program for you. Format of Workouts: Workouts will consist of warm-ups, speed and agility work, weights (bands, bodyweight exercises), finishing challenges, and stretching. No previous workout experience is necessary. Typically programs are based on sport and/or age group participating in the workout. Group Days and Times: Workouts will run on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday starting June 2nd -August 8th . Groups may also change if overflow from other groups needs to be shifted to another time.
