At NLS we offer gymnastics courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes throughout the school year and the summer!

Lil' PALS Before and After School Preschool Child Care Program Before School Hours: 7:30am-8:15am After School Hours: 2:45-5:30pm Phone 320-354-2252 ext. 2465 Lil' PALS Before and After School care is open to all children (on the days they attend Cub Kids Preschool) who are currently registered at Cub Kids Preschool in the 2026-2027 school year! Looking for a safe and structured environment for your child this school year? Lil' PALS is the place to be! We have daily activities planned for our school year kiddos! We incorporate STEAM, gross and fine motor skills, arts and crafts, gym and outside time into each daily schedule! Activities are geared to excite and extend your child's interest and learning development, while providing a safe and fun environment. Snacks are included in the daily routine at After School programming. All Before School kiddos are brought to breakfast after our morning programming concludes. Breakfast for all registered Cub Kids Preschool kids is served at 8:15am. Lil' PALS Before School Rates are: $5 per day, per child. Drop in rates are: $8/dayLil' PALS After School Rates are: $8 per day, per child. Drop in rates are: $11/day Please note: You may make changes to your schedule throughout the month. All changes to a calendar will need to be made 72 hours before the day you are requesting, in order to avoid extra Lil' PALS fees. An example includes: If you want programming on Friday at 7:30am, you will need to add that day in your account by Tuesday at 7:30am to avoid the drop in fees. Drop-ins during the school year are $8 in the morning and $11 in the afternoon. PALS Before School Rate is: $6 per day, per child PALS After School Rate is: $9 per day, per child Please note: You may make changes to your schedule throughout the month. This is an annual "Invitational" league only. No teams register without prior approval. Coaches are responsible for their team rosters. Contact Tricia Lilleberg for more information.
