This camp is designed for the competitive gymnast who wishes to learn and improve on specific advanced gymnastics skills. Emphasis will be placed on swinging skills and advanced dismounts on the bars, salto and twisting on vault, combination tumbling skills on the beam and advanced tumbling skills on the floor.
