Genealogy Presentation (I Received MY DNA Test Results...Now What?!)EnrichmentDid you get your DNA test results back and after the initial first glance realize you have no idea what to do next? Did the reports seem overwhelming? This workshop series will help participants break their report down into manageable tasks. Each session, Sarah Lockwood, a professional genealogist, will include a brief instructional time about how to understand your DNA results and how to make use of them. Participants will then have time to work on their own DNA analysis, using the computer lab PCs. Access to Ancestry Classroom is included during class for all participants. Instructor bio: Sarah Lockwood is the primary genealogist at AncestryHelp. She has been doing family research for herself and others for over a decade, discovering family history, photographs, documents, ancestors, and relatives across the United States, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Eastern Europe, Germany, Holland, and the British Isles. Research has included documentation for military service as far back as the Revolutionary War, land grants, and immigration origins. Genealogical Education has included earning a Certificate in Genealogical Research through Boston University, in 2021, and a Certificate in Investigative Genetic Genealogy through Ramapo College in New Jersey, in 2024. Sarah is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists. Sarah has also completed ProGen Study Group 61 to help further her skills.Winter 2025-2026 -

The Middle School and High School are available during school days from 3:30 until 8:00pm for walking. No School/No Walking Club. Start walking while waiting for kids at activities. Get out of the house during the winter months to get some exercise. The doors are open so come on in. Please register as a walker in the building. Two, three and four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wifffle ball, over a net. Swing/Two-Step Combo Dance Class (16 and older)Recreation & LeaguesThis is a Swing/Two-Step Combo Class Have you always wanted to learn to dance or gain confidence? Have a wedding or school dance coming up this winter? This is your chance! Find a partner and dance throughout the year. You will learn how to get in your exercise and put a smile on your face. This class is designed for new dancers or those with very little dance experience. You will be taught the basics steps, turns and much more. Teens, College Students and Adults are welcome. Having a partner is necessary to get the maximum results from this class. Wear smooth shoes for better movement. You will be able to use your new gained experience to dance to Big Band, New and Old Country, Country 2-Step, 60, 70, and Rock.Class fee is per couple. The instructor for this Class is Mike Klein.
