Flag Football - Adults (5 on 5)Recreation & LeaguesOpen to 8 Teams! Wednesday Nights: 7:30pm and 8:15pm Start times. Games are 45 minutes. Teams will play two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute break between. Bonus Week: Oct 21st for top four teams. Games Played on NLS Turf under the lights. Players will play ½ field games. Teams can be any combination of men, women or co-ed. 5 on 5 league. 5 Weeks of regular season, 1 week of Playoffs for all teams. Instant Ukulele for Hopelessly Busy People (Ages 13+)EnrichmentIn just a few hours you can learn enough about playing the ukulele to give you years of musical enjoyment and you won’t have to take private lessons to do this. This crash course will teach you some basic chords and get you playing along with your favorite songs right away. Fee includes the online book, online recorded follow up lessons, a recording of the class and also access to optional live periodic question and answer sessions at no additional cost. Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three and four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. All equipment is provided -- all you do is show up in gym clothes and tennis shoes and be ready to move!
