NLS Tackle Football Students will be drafted onto teams after the first week of practice and teams will be formed. Teams will be parent coached. Practices will be 1-2 times per week with games 1-2 times per week. Fees cover equipment rental-helmets, shoulder pads, game jerseys, footballs, game officials and mouth guards.Players provide their own black pants/pads and tennis shoes/cleats and practice jersey (Old T-Shirt works well). Teams will be coached by varsity coaches, players, and volunteer coaches. Football equipment will be provided. Players provide their own tennis shoes/cleats and water bottles. Summer clothes are appropriate attire. Practices will take place on the varsity football field following the 5-6 grade lifting session.
