Buildings are available upon request during regular building hours. During days when school is not in session, custodial times will vary from this schedule. Facilities may be available on weekends and during the summer. Hours are subject to change, please call to confirm times. 

Prairie Meadows Early Childhood Learning Center: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-11:30 PM

Elementary School: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-11:30 PM

Middle/High School: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-11:30 PM

Fitness Center: 24 hours/day Sunday-Saturday

Groups/individuals using New London-Spicer Public Schools facilities are responsible for staff charges resulting from their use. A two-hour minimum charge will be assessed for any of the following required staff.

Custodial-Could include opening or closing a building, set-up, clear-up or presence during a time when not otherwise staffed.  $35 per hour

Food Service-Required to be present whenever a school kitchen is reserved.  $35 per hour

Building Supervisor-Placed by the District during times when the building is not otherwise staffed to protect and oversee the facility and represent the school district.  $35 per hour

Auditorium Technician-Required when the use of light and/or sound is requested.  $40 per hour

Miscellaneous: Additional fees may be incurred depending on the type of use as well as group needs.  Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, the following equipment (gym, electronic, A/V), personnel, air conditioning, field maintenance, etc

Daily Rate is for 8 hours or less including setup/take down - additional fees may apply for over 8 hours 

Penalties - Turf $500 fee for sunflower seeds or Gatorade/Powerade/Soda on Turf 

Damage Fees - Actual cost for replacement/repair of equipment or facilities if damaged 

Performing Arts Center - Food/Non alcoholic beverages allowed in lobby/cascading stairs only - not theatre School/PE- Team Equipment is not available for rent (i.e. balls-uniforms)   

**New London-Spicer Public Schools, through the Community Education Office, has the right to waive or assess fees as deemed necessary.
