This class is for students with a certificate of completion/NON-NLS classroom students/NLS students who have taken the classroom with New London-Spicer Community Ed..  This is your down payment for Behind the Wheel training.  There will be an additional balance due via debit/credit card once our instructors contact you for behind the wheel training. Usually within 30 days of their 16th birthday. Registration Fee is Non-Refundable. To get your online blue card to take your permit test, you will need to be enrolled in this class and present a certificate of completion of the 30 hours of driver's education classroom required by the state.  A blue card will not be issued until both items are received.
